Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar financial management role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in accounting software / ZOHO
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience: Minimum of 05 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
Proven experience in accounting and financial management within a manufacturing as well as group of company setting.
We are seeking A dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager for Group of companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of multiple entities within the group. This role involves managing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple companies within the group.
Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets.
Prepare financial forecasts, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
3. Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds for operational needs.
Implement strategies to optimize cash management.
4. Audit and Compliance:
Coordinate and manage external audits.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
5. Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Provide insights into financial performance and key metrics.
6. Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
7. Cost Accounting:
Implement and maintain effective cost accounting systems
Analyze production costs and recommend strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
8. Inventory Management:
Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize working capital.
Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
