INTRUST REAL ESTATE is looking for: Relationship Managers.

They have a platform designed to streamline off-plan property transactions in Dubai, emphasizing security and efficiency. Their goal is to provide real-time information to buyers and sellers, thus helping them to make informed decisions and unlock new opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager, located in Dubai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, building and maintaining a network of professionals in the real estate industry, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deal flow. The Relationship Manager will also negotiate and close deals, track market trends, and identify new business opportunities. Informed clients about the product and offers. Reached monthly target.

 4.Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market

 5.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the industry

 Experience : similar role within the real estate industry is a plus

Proficiency : Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Perks & Benefits:

Fixed salary up to 12,000/- AED.

 Additional incentive: 8%-15% of the generated profit, after achieving the minimum plan.

 Potential for growth and additional benefits based on performance.

 Probation Period: 6 month

Timings: 10:00-19:00

Direct supervisor: CEO

Requirements:

1. Achieve a sales target of 100,000 AED company commission or 10 entered  EOIs (RSM should have at least 30 active brokers in their warm base, each making at least 12 deals a year).

2.Attend events to attract referral agents.

3. Search and activate referral agents.

4. Conduct online and offline presentations.

5.Proven successful experience in personal real estate deals or in attracting partners for real estate sales from a developer

Proficiency: English language at B2+ level
